Return / Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customerservice@veylixo.com and provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item you want to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by Veylixo.
Please Note
For safety and hygiene reasons, Veylixo currently does not offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. We will charge a restocking fee of 10% - 20% for non-product quality-related returns.
Imposed Fee for Return Criteria
To ensure swift and hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned items, we may need to apply a return fee. This fee includes return shipping fee and restocking fee, and its amount may vary based on the order status and condition of the returned item(s).

Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is only applicable to products that have not yet been shipped.
For order cancellations due to personal reasons (regardless of the order time), a fee of 5% of the total original order value will be charged.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled according to the Return Policy.
Defective Products Policy
Veylixo products undergo thorough inspection before reaching our customers to ensure the highest quality. However, there may still be instances where products are damaged during transportation or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you receive a damaged product, please refrain from using it and promptly take photos as evidence. Send the photos to our customer service representatives, who will promptly arrange for a replacement shipment. Additionally, kindly return the damaged product to help us identify and resolve the issue to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements for Return & Exchange
In accordance with our guarantee policy, when you successfully initiate a return or exchange process by contacting Veylixo customer service, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without being worn, washed, or altered, and all labels must remain attached.

All items must be returned with their original packaging, and all items must be included in a single package.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country or region to which the order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to the United States must be returned from the United States.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

If the product shows signs of wear or alterations compared to its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Please note that these guidelines apply to all return and exchange processes except those related to defective products.
Non-Acceptable Return Conditions

Any product not purchased from www.veylixo.com.

Original product, accessories, manuals, cables, or any included components are lost or damaged.

Products displaying physical damage or clear signs of misuse.

Products with stains, scratches, food residue, oil stains, or similar damage.

Orders exceeding 60 days from the date of purchase.
About the Return Process
Step 1
Please contact our customer service team (customerservice@veylixo.com) to initiate the return process and provide the following information:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photos of the faulty product

Relevant photos required for any applicable money-back guarantee claim
Step 2
Our customer service team will review the information you provide within 48 hours. If the request complies with our Return & Exchange Policy, we will provide the return address.
Step 3
Insert the receipt along with the returned items into the original packaging.
Step 4
Contact the courier yourself and arrange shipment of the package.
Step 5
Send the logistics tracking number to customerservice@veylixo.com after shipment.
Refund Time
If a return is successfully approved and received, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please note that Veylixo will not refund original shipping costs unless required by applicable law.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days (depending on seasonal volume) for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package may be returned to you at your own expense.
When your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
